Kat Donina, Psy.D.
I am a New York State licensed psychologist. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The George Washington University, and completed my post-doctoral fellowship at The Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut with a specialization in early childhood. I earned a Master of Arts with focus on Psychology in Education at Teachers College, Columbia University and my Bachelor’s degree at CUNY, Hunter College.
My clinical experience spans a range of settings including community mental health, school based mental health, and private practice settings providing psychotherapy, consultation, and crisis intervention to children, teens and adults. I also have extensive experience conducting psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments for children and teens.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress management, relationships, trauma, parenting and divorce/supporting families in transition.
I am bilingual in English and Russian.
