Fees:
Please contact me directly to discuss my fees. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale fee spots. If you are interested in a sliding scale fee, please note that in your initial inquiry.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept check, cash or Venmo (set to private) as forms of payment.
Insurance:
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. You may check with your specific insurance provider to determine if you are eligible for out of network reimbursement through your mental health or behavioral health benefits. I am able to provide you with all of the paperwork you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you are using your Out of Network benefits for tele-health appointments, please be sure to check with your insurance company if your specific benefits package covers tele-therapy appointments. If your Out of Network benefits do not cover Tele-therapy, you are responsible for the full cost of the session.
Cancellation Policy:
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I will try my best to reschedule appointments whenever possible; however, if rescheduling is not possible, you are responsible for the full cost of the missed session.
